Returns

Returns are accepted on all unopened items within 30 days of Shipment of your items. In some cases such as items purchased as gifts will be allowed but all returns must be approved by customers service and will require a Return Authorization in order to be processed.

Returns of opened, used or non defective items will be subject to a 20% restock Fee. This fee will help cover all of the fees incurred during the transaction such as shipping, credit card processing fees for both original payment and for refunding payment. Customer will be responsible for return shipping.

In the event of receiving a defective item all restock fees will be waived and a prepaid return label will be created for your return. Please note all pieces, manuals and paperwork must be returned in original box and packaging.

  1. Non defective items must me Unopened and not used.
  2. All original packaging, paperwork, parts and materials must be returned in new condition as they were shipped to customer.
  3. Return must contain the Return form given to you by customer service to properly process the return and form must be filled out completely.
